Terms & Conditions
1. Ordering rules
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order online.
- All menu items are subject to availability — we’ll notify you and refund if an item is unavailable.
- Prices include applicable taxes and are shown before checkout.
- Allergen information is provided as a guide; please contact us for severe allergies before ordering.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, abusive conduct).
2. Delivery terms
- Delivery is available within a 10 km radius of our restaurant location.
- Estimated delivery time is 30–45 minutes; delivery times may vary during peak hours, weekends, or bad weather conditions.
- Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the delivery distance and displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery is available within 0–3 km from the restaurant.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information or no response from the customer within 10 minutes, the order may be canceled without refund.
- Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Online orders may be canceled free of charge within 5 minutes of placing the order or before the kitchen begins preparing the food.
- Once an order is being prepared, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers may report issues for review and possible refund consideration.
- Table reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time. Late cancellations or no-shows for groups of 6 or more guests may incur a fee of €10 per person.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
4. Promotions & offers
Offers cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page; continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
